Shipping Info

Delivery Time Frames 

We post all our orders using Australia Post. We endeavour to have any orders placed before 1pm packed and sent that day. Any other parcels will be packed and shipped asap the following business day. As a small business we DO NOT operate on local and/or state wide public holidays or weekends. We ship via Regular post, depending on your location your parcel should be delivered within approx. 4-7 days. 

Shipping Aerosols 

The shipping of all aerosols incur a few additional shipping days compared to other products. Due to their delicate nature they are shipped via road transport as opposed to air transport. 

Recycled Packaging 

We use recycled packaging when packing our plants and other shippable products. 

Instore only products

We reserve the right to refuse the processing on 'Instore only' products. These products are featured on our website to make sure that our customers are as informed as possible. In the listings of these products you will find information to help you; whether it be images, prices or descriptions. These products are not shippable for many different reasons. If ordered these products WILL be automatically refunded and the order will be cancelled. 

We are happy to organise freight; if you are happy to wear the costs. Freighting can be expensive, please be aware of this.  Otherwise if you are passing by or local then we are more then happy to order stock in, put stock aside or give you friendly information where needed. Shipping Plants

Following border restrictions across all the different states in Australia there are some plants that cannot be shipped to certain places. If there is a restriction, you should be stopped once at the checkout. However, with ever changing restrictions, there will be times our system will allow you to finalise your order despite us not being able to ship. We will be in contact with you to explain the situation and your funds will be immediately refunded. We reserve the right to refuse shipping on finalised orders - order amounts will be immediately refunded.

When a plant is shipped, it will go through a level of stress. We ask that as soon as you receive your plant, it is taken out of the packaging, watered and given the appropriate care. We will not be held accountable for plants dying after delivery. Our shipping methods have been tried and tested many a time and are effective. Please contact us if you need guidance on how to care for your new plants.
